Re: EL final ticket allocation
"The ticket sale and allocation process for the tickets reserved for the fans of the finalists will be organised by the clubs involved, including the allocation of the free tickets."

Anyone know how that would work? (Just curious - I know it's unlikely to be us etc.)

Cheers Fifth, yes re-reading this page (i know its for Champs League) but it is as you have said.

https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/news/0274-14f415b3124a-6d9caff64841-1000--champions-league-final-tickets-go-on-sale-via-uefa-com/

A total of 52,000 tickets out of 75,000 (the stadium’s capacity for the final) are available for fans and the general public to purchase. The two teams that reach the final will receive 20,000 each, while 12,000 tickets are being offered for sale to fans worldwide via UEFA.com.

Ten thousand of the tickets reserved for the fans of the two teams will be offered for free to reward the lifeblood of the game for their loyal support during the pandemic. The ticket sale and allocation process for the tickets reserved for the fans of the finalists will be organised by the clubs involved, including the allocation of the free tickets.

The remaining tickets are for the local organising structure, UEFA and national associations, commercial partners and broadcasters, and the Official Hospitality programme available also on UEFA.com.

Jim

I think it's

10k for each club (8k of each will be free - it will be interesting how many of the 10k are given away by the club to corporates)

13k open to application from anyone

Then £7k not "open to the public" meaning UEFA giving them away/selling them to corporates

That's 40k total which is what the UEFA website claims is the stadium's capacity for the final.

Re: EL final ticket allocation
Always find this amusing how all these big finals, even the FA Cup, where the participating clubs get under half the stadium amount, but come the final then suddenly it’s filled with the 2 clubs fans, someone is making a bloody good living from selling on tickets.

Re: EL final ticket allocation
42,300 capacity isn't it?

Re: EL final ticket allocation
You are right Huggie - 10k allocation, then 4k "free" ones for each club. Then it looks like 13k in the ballot.
